About the roleYou'll be working as part of high-performing team to support other departmental functions alongside Senior Administrators and Fund Accounts,�ensuring daily tasks in associated primary functions are covered and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Core responsibilities:�Business managementMaintaining accurate records:
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cash and security reconciliations ensuring all exceptions are resolved within company guidelines.
- Perform the daily and monthly administration for multi-currency portfolios in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Manage key relationships with external and internal clients and third parties.
- Process daily and monthly large flows.
- Assist with preparing the fund tax filings in each relevant market for the relevant tax authorities.
- Assist the ongoing analysis of tax reclaims that available market by market for each vehicle type and provide any further assistance to the Senior Fund Accountants and the Tax Forum as required.
- Assist the Senior Fund Accountants review of the fund financial statements by completing independent verification of figures and disclosures.
Process improvements and business knowledge:
- Continuous improvement of department processes and performance.
- Identify and escalate potential problems within the team to the Manager and propose potential solutions.
Relationship/Vendor management:
- Manage key relationships with external and internal clients and third parties.
- Monitoring of internal and external client queries, ensuring timely resolution by responsible administrator
- Assist the Senior Fund Accountants preparation of the annual fund budgets to be communicated to the funds custodians
- Escalation of all current vendor issues to the Senior Fund Accountant/Investment Administrator and contribution may be required in vendor servicing calls.
Client communications:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc client reports, ensuring that all reports are completed in accordance with standard procedures and client requirements.
- Complete monthly and quarterly client invoice preparation.
Compliance and anti-money laundering:
- Compliance with all Mondrian regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations and internal error reporting procedures.
- Complete daily control reports and reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complete all periodic reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform additional duties and other functions as may be required from time to time in order to assist in the business of Mondrian and meet the requirements of the business.
- Investment Administration, Implementation team, Performance team, Compliance team, Client Services teams in London / Philadelphia and Portfolio Managers
- Custodians (Northern Trust, BBH, State Street, JPM, Citibank, HSBC, BNY), Clients, Client Consultant?s, Software
- Vendors (Electra, Fiserv, Curium, etc.)

Technical skillsEssential- Graduated in 2023
- 3 A levels (B or better) or equivalent and Degree qualified
- AAT part qualified
- Degree Qualified (2:2 as a minimum)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Visio and PowerPoint
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA part qualified
- IOC/IMC Award or equivalent
- Experience relevant accounting role
- Investment Management experience
- Portia / Curium / Advantage / Coric / Electra
- Bloomberg
- Income/Tax Reclamation processing
- Microsoft Toolbox (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to prioritise and analyse information received from external parties in relation to issued details received
- Attention to accuracy and detail
